EXTQ20 - Biological Systems

Course Information

EXTQ20 is a Master’s level course for students in the engineering faculty (LTH) at Lund University. It provides knowledge in biological modelling thinking, both in traditional biological modelling techniques, but also to provide understanding in how biologically inspired ideas are used in commercial programming.

I teach two exercises: Genetic Algorithms and Population and Community Ecology, both using MATLAB.
